Usta Park Hotel - Trabzon

Located in the heart of the busy downtown, this hotel provides easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It is just a short walk to Karamanmarash , where you can take a minibus to Aghia Sophia , and it has good views of the Black Sea from its top floor restaurant. the rooms are well, furnished, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathroom.

Despite its location, the hotel is not a good value for money. the prices charged are double that of the neighbouring hotels, and the quality of service does not meet the expectations of a four, star establishment.

Usta Park is very convenient to Trabzon centre. Irt is right beside the Ataturk Square. Wide variety of items for breakfast but be warned most of these would not be considered for European breakfasts (especially Mushroom soup)

We had booked a double room with a sofa bed for our 13 year old son. When we arrived at 3.00 inthe morning all they had was a twin. They did bring a sofa bed but it was in ver poor condition with the springs worn out an nearly coming throughthe cover. It took two day to get the room we had booked and a better sofa bed was then supplied.

good for 4 star hotel but the staff need to learn english language

We had a romantic getaway at the hotel in Trabzon recently and we were pleased with the delicious breakfast and dinner spread, featuring a variety of local specialties. the convenient location made it easy for us to explore the nearby beach and shops. the unobstructed sea view from our room was truly breathtaking!

The limited bathroom amenities provided and the mismatched room pricing which felt like playing a lottery. some of the hotel staff could have been friendlier with their service.

The rooms are very small, and old furnitures, cirgarets smell in the room beds and pillows.svery noisy location, distrubance due to maintenance of the hotel, no good views except for very few rooms. no wifi service in the rooms, no swiming pool. my booking was for 9 nights but i staied only one night due to the above mentioned problems.

The hotel location was good in the city center. The staff was good and friendly.

There was noise in the day time due to some renovation work. The room Furniture was below my expectation and tv was old style and most of the channels were in turkey. I think this hotel should be rated as 3 stars.

The hotel location is perfect, with convenient access to the beach, shops, and center. The staff speaks multiple languages, and the breakfast area is beautiful. The view from the hotel is worth the stay, and there are free facilities like a Turkish hammam.

The hotel location is excellent and close to most of city attractions.

The extra bed requested was not comfortable. They don't re-supply the buffet in breakfast, thus you will find empty dishes if you come little bit late !!

Great location close to attractions and the beach, with beautiful views from the restaurant. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed the complimentary Turkish Hammam as part of our romantic escape package.

The room price was steep compared to other hotels in the area, and we found the internet connection to be slow and unreliable. We also wished there were more amenities in the room, like tissues and a coffee maker.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, speaking multiple languages and providing excellent service. We were impressed with the variety of amenities available, including room service, car hire, and a 24-hour reception. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the hotel had a spa and wellness center, complete with a sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath, allowing us to truly relax and unwind during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I like the location. Next to the hotel was lots of shops and it was near forum mall about 5-10 mins around 10 tl by taxi. It was also near the airport 10-15 mins about 20 tl by taxi.
